DS Damat aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within the applicable return period after receiving your items.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, customers can access their account and submit a return request through the order details section. Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Due to limited stock availability, exchanges are currently not available. Customers wishing to change the size or model of a product may return the item and place a new order.
Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
